Orders through Brekar website

Brekar offers ranges of steel fastening and anchoring products available online. Select your products, place them in your cart and validate it. The quantities indicated are always per carton. Then all you have to do is log in or create an account if you have not already done so, then validate the order. You will receive an order acknowledgment within 24 hours by email. If free shipping is not reached, shipping costs may be added. You have 24 hours to refuse the order if it does not suit you. The order will be shipped and billed to the company account like orders placed by email or telephone.

On demand production

Brekar offers customised products, such as on demand bending joist hangers 2.5 mm or 4 mm thick. Details can be provided in the comments when confirming the order. If we are in doubt, we will contact you to confirm the information.

How to follow up my pending orders ?

By clicking on your account represented by a little man in the top menu, you have access to all your orders and thus you can see the status. You can also view orders placed by email. This section also allows you to download your delivery notes and invoices.

How do I link my website account to my company account already existing in Brekar books ?

When you have created your user account on the website and indicated your company, an operator at Brekar will link your web user account and the company account. This will then allow you to access the negotiated prices, the quantities in stock, and all the necessary documents (orders, delivery notes, invoices)

How to change password ?

When you are logged in with your previous login and password, in the "my account" section of the main menu, by clicking on "edit profile" at the top right, you can modify all your information, including the password . If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on “forgot your password ?” at the login prompt.

In the “contact” section, then “contact us”, you can leave a message and your contact details. We will respond to you within 24 hours. You can either write an email to commercial@brekar.com
